Abstract
Abstrak
Pendidikan kesiapsiagaan bencana melalui emergency drills merupakan strategi penting dalam membangun keselamatan dan perlindungan anak pada satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi emergency drills sebagai upaya perlindungan anak pada satuan PAUD nonformal di Kota Cimahi serta mengembangkan model konseptual yang menghubungkan kesiapsiagaan bencana dan perlindungan anak. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Partisipan terdiri atas enam informan, yaitu kepala sekolah dan pendidik dari tiga satuan PAUD nonformal yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña melalui tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi emergency drills dilakukan melalui perencanaan program, edukasi risiko bencana, pembelajaran keselamatan berbasis bermain, simulasi keadaan darurat, latihan evakuasi, dan refleksi pascasimulasi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak usia dini. Program ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesadaran risiko, kesiapsiagaan, keterampilan penyelamatan diri, dan perilaku tanggap darurat anak. Keberhasilan implementasi dipengaruhi oleh komitmen kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru, dukungan orang tua, sarana keselamatan, dan kemitraan dengan lembaga terkait. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada pengembangan Emergency Drills-Based Child Protection (ED-CP) Model yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan kesiapsiagaan bencana dan perlindungan anak dalam satu kerangka konseptual. Temuan ini memperluas perspektif perlindungan anak serta memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan kebijakan, kurikulum, dan praktik pendidikan keselamatan pada satuan PAUD.
